PAGCOR regulated.These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phweek ("phweek," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phweek online gaming platform available at phweek.club and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet on phweek, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Access to phweek and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
phweek reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Such documentation may include, without limitation, a Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, passport, driver's license, or other government-issued identification accepted under PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the timeframe specified by phweek may result in suspension of account access and withholding of funds pending verification.
By creating an account, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Any misrepresentation of eligibility, including age, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the phweek Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. phweek employs technical and manual detection mechanisms to identify multi-account registrations.
During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. This information is used for identity verification, KYC compliance, and responsible gaming purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. phweek will never request your password via chat, email, or telephone. You agree to:
phweek accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from sharing credentials, failure to log out, or use of public networks without appropriate safeguards.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, phweek is required under PAGCOR regulations to complete full KYC verification of your account. This process requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification and, where applicable, proof of address. phweek targets completion of KYC review within 24–72 business hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete or fraudulent documentation will result in rejection and may trigger a regulatory referral.
All transactions on the phweek Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. phweek accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency wallets supported at the time of your transaction. Deposit processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited immediately.
phweek does not accept deposits from payment instruments belonging to third parties. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned where technically possible, and the initiating account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment instruments that are registered in your name and from which you have previously made a deposit to your phweek account ("same-source withdrawal rule"), unless an alternative method is approved by phweek's payments team at its sole discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phweek targets processing of GCash withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours, subject to technical availability and applicable withdrawal limits.
phweek reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus wagering requirement fulfilment, or compliance with applicable law. In cases where phweek is required to withhold funds by applicable law or regulatory order, phweek shall have no liability to you for the resulting delay.
phweek operates in full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) and its amendments, and with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance requirements. phweek may request source-of-funds documentation for transactions exceeding applicable thresholds and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Attempts to use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing will be reported to relevant authorities and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.
phweek offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback programmes, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to registered players. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific Bonus terms:
All games available on the phweek Platform operate according to rules published within the game interface or in phweek's game information documentation. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game description and the actual game mechanics, the actual game mechanics shall prevail.
phweek's RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generation systems that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories for statistical fairness and conformance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by live dealers in regulated studios.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, phweek will apply the following resolution policy: (a) if the malfunction results in an erroneous winning payout, phweek reserves the right to void the wager and recover the erroneous payout; (b) if the malfunction results in a wager being placed without a corresponding game round being completed, the wager stake will be credited back to your account. phweek's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final, subject to the escalation process described in Section 10.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phweek Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

All content on the phweek Platform, including but not limited to the phweek name, logo, trademarks, website design, game graphics, text, software, and audiovisual elements (collectively, "phweek Content"), is owned by or licensed to phweek and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and phweek Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phweek Content without phweek's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phweek's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the net deposits made to your phweek account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
phweek is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of business or opportunity; (c) loss arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform; (d) indirect or consequential losses of any kind; or (e) losses arising from circumstances beyond phweek's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.
In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, account transaction, bonus, or Platform functionality, you must contact phweek customer support in the first instance via the live chat facility or via email at [email protected]. phweek will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If you are dissatisfied with phweek's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.
phweek reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page with the effective date indicated at the top.
phweek may suspend or terminate your account at any time if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) phweek is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) phweek reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your account; or (d) phweek ceases to operate the Platform in a particular jurisdiction. In the event of termination for breach, any balance in your account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. In the event of termination for any other reason, any verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 10.1 above.
phweek's online gaming operations are conducted under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. In cases of conflict between these Terms and PAGCOR's applicable regulations, PAGCOR's regulations shall prevail.
